Exactly what my soul needed

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started listening, but this audiobook has truly become part of my daily reset. Each frequency feels like it touches a different part of me. The 396 Hz and 528 Hz especially moved something deep in me. I’ve used it during work time (I work from home) and even while reading or resting, and the shift in energy is real.
