Listening to this audiobook was calming from the start. The way the solfeggio frequencies were explained made it easier to understand how sound can support healing and relaxation. Exactly what my soul needed

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started listening, but this audiobook has truly become part of my daily reset. Each frequency feels like it touches a different part of me. First, i want to say this is a 21 hour audiobook and i play it all the time. I love it, my kids love it, my two dogs love it, i even used it to go to sleep last night. It has such a wonderful sound that delivers the inner peace you're looking for. I've listened to lots of audiobooks in my days, but this is the la crème de la crème as the french say. It doesn't matter if you play just a bite size piece during the sample or if you're kicking it in your house, it works for everything. I feel better, i slept better, and i'm just ready to tackle the day in front of me. You don't have to listen to it for all 21 hours, but you can bet youre getting your moneys worth. This can be used in an office, the mall, wherever... And i think thats the beauty of it, The author and narrator made it work for anyone and everyone at anyplace you desire. You're going to love this for sure.
