Warner & Imogen

A fiery, sassy, angsty and heartfelt journey to go on with Warner and Imogen. These two were clearly meant to be together but young love, misunderstandings, family obligations and just being naïve held them back. When they finally get everything together, talk about what happened in the past things take a sinfully seductive and heartwarming turn. I absolutely adored this story.
Narration was great!

I loved Warner and Imogen!

Warner and Imogen were high school sweet hearts but something destroyed their relationship and his friendship with her brother Ford who was his best friend. Fast forward over a decade to see Warner traded to the Florida Fury the team Ford plays for and Imogen works for. Warner is determined to win her back and this is an amazing read! I loved Warner and Imogen.

Hot Second Chance Hockey Romance

I love the Hockey Hotties series by Piper Rayne! I nearly devoured this book in one sitting, I couldn’t put it down! Imogen and Warner were introduced in Faking it with #41. Their tumultuous past was alluded to at the end of Ford’s book. Sneaking Around With #34 is Warner & Imogen’s highly-anticipated second chance romance and well worth the wait. The animosity between old friends/new teammates Ford and Warner is palpable from chapter one. The fine line between love and hate is tested as Imogen and Warner are thrust together in professional scenarios. I enjoy Piper Rayne’s delightful writing, outrageously funny and relatable characters, and beautiful stories.

Sneaking Around With #34 is a swoon-worthy romcom. It is packed with lovely moments, heartbreaking backstories, and hilarious ancillary characters. The dinner party! Bahahaha. Imogen & Warner’s chemistry sizzles. Warner is the newly acquired, publicity-resistant player on the Florida Fury. Imogen is the newly appointed hype person for the team. Warner refuses to give up on love and Imogen does her best to resist his attempts to explain the past and build a new future for them. With workplace obstacles, a guard dog of an older brother, and a tragic past, Warner and Imogen’s story is a heartwarming and hard-earned HEA. Warner and Imogen are my new favorite Florida Fury couple!

Second chance romance

I read this second chance story of Warner and Imogen, but hearing Jacob Morgan and Stella Bloom narrate it really brought it to life for me. Warner and Imogen were high school sweethearts but a terrible thing happened and there were misunderstandings and it tore them apart. Warner was best friends with Ford, Imogen's brother. They were a great pair on the hockey team. But when the incident with Imogen happened, it tore them apart, too. Now Warner is traded to the Florida Fury where Ford plays and Imogen works for the team, too. Warner feels like this is his second chance with Imogen if he can get her to forgive him. I really love this series and I'm looking forward to the next book.

okay so he's mad because she's supposedly putting her brother in front of him in terms of their relationship yet he's completely justified in asking her to kill her baby so he can have money for HIS family...kinda messed up ain't it?

Scorching hot!

I have been waiting to read this and just couldn’t wait anymore! I started this last night and finished it today, just could not put it down! I love that now I know their story and the background & can’t wait for the next book!

Slow burn!

Warner and Imogene’s second chance romance is filled with pain, regret and plenty of angst when he joins the team and they are forced to work together ten years after their teenage relationship exploded. Warner is filled with regret and wants forgiveness but Imogen can’t deal with the memories and the pain he caused. And Imogen’s brother Ford makes life impossible for them both and for the team as wellI loved his sweet personality and heartfelt sincerity and fully understand her reluctance to forgive him and I loved the simmering tension between them that makes this slow burn romance so hard to resist. I listened to the audiobook and I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent narration performances of Jacob Morgan and Stella Bloom.

Enjoyable Listen

As always, I enjoy Piper Rayne's books.
These characters are easy to read and I love the second chance romance in this one.

I love a good hockey romance and PR never disappoints.
I listened to the audio of this one and really enjoyed it.
