The most important audiobook I've ever listened to.

Finally, a book on proven techniques with simple explanations that I can follow regularly and know they work! I've been centering for several weeks now and already see major improvements in my consciousness. No more fancy philosophy and psychology books that just confused me. I now have this great centering technique that I can do anywhere and improve my life.

I took the Silva method course many years ago. Overtime forgot a lot of the tools. The book contributed to me, remembering these tools and methods. I’m still looking to delve into a replay of the cars as I do find it to be extremely effective

This book flows in a manner that makes the nearly eight ours of listening a breeze, keeping you hooked right up until the end. They don’t have you doing the guided meditations as you go along, as they have done in earlier audio recordings; making it a lot easier for a listener to focus on how, why, when and where various fully explained techniques will work best, along with supporting scenarios and stories, which illustrate the usage of these simple yet effective Silva Ultramind System techniques. Even a blind person (like myself) would be able to implement what is presented in this book in their own lives; all to their benefit. This audio production is ideal for folks from all walks of life who simply want something more out of it; giving you the tools you need to turn things around mentally, physically, and spiritually in a whole new way.

Meditation recording is worthless

A whole book is about one single meditation (relaxation technique) and its not recorded in that book! You could say that it’s in appendix, but this recording is completely worthless. Why side notes are read? Why is there 5 min introduction? Do I really need to go each time on YouTube to find this recording? That’s just stupid. I wanted to have everything offline, but I’m forced to use YouTube.
