Inspiring
Like everything else Sandra Ingerman does this is full of love and spirit and hope. I am going to do a guided visualization for a group of people very soon and the one in here really help me solidify some ideas that I might want to incorporate into my guided visualization

I read the ebook and I've listened to the audio. I must say that I like the ebook better! The author goes into far more detail and has a lot of humorous stories in it! It's really an enjoyable book to read. If you enjoyed this book please go back and read the ebook because it adds a whole lot to the conversation. If the author wanted to put that book into full audible form it would go well! All of the information we learn in this book is usable and it's simple.
