The plot thickens!

Very good. The first one that was free did it’s dirty and got me to get the second one. The plot thickens and the ending is not what everyone was thinking! Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Great story and narration.

The story lines were good, imaginative. The narrators brought everything to life for me. I plan to read more from this author.

Saxon and Kage will forever be with me. I did the audiobook this time around and it was good. Jeremy York's deliverance in the beginning had me in tears.

I love Kelsey Clayton's writing cause it always pulls me in to the story and makes me binge read the entire thing. Even though this was a reread it still does the same thing for me.

Now I have to go back into the real world where these two don't exist.

Graphic violence for your listening pleasure

This was the most violent mafia dark romance I’ve experienced. It wasn’t frequent but the handful of times that mob business was discussed it was explicit. This was kind of a slow burn to start but got pretty heavy there for a while. I loved the plot twists and how the author dropped info and tied it up later on. Very sexy and the fmc turned into a strong woman, which I always love to see.

The Retribution!

Ok so the first book was good but this one was great!! There is a darkness in this book and if you don’t read the warnings that’s the first mistake! This book is dark but it has the retribution anyone would crave when the characters have gone through the pain they have! I cringed, giggled, and had many “Hell Yeah!” Moments throughout. Saxon is a force to be reckoned with she found herself through her grief and Kage helps her out of it as she does for him. It’s definitely worth the listen. Just read the Warnings!!!
