Mark and Kaitlyn

OMG! This was an unbelievably beautiful and hot story! Mark is the older brother that runs the Bennett Ranch and he is hot! Kaitlyn is an event planner who blows into town for a new job and plans the biggest wedding! He literally knocks her her off her feet and is in awe! These two are different, but they find it where they can’t resist each other! Mark has a past that he doesn’t want to come his present and Kaitlyn is looking for a new start. The narrators bring these two characters to life and made this story very steamy and hot!! I’m glad that Mark got his HEA...this story was amazing and I can’t wait to see what comes next on the Bennett Ranch.

Wow I mean Wow!!!

So sweet and sooo steamy !! I loved the first book and thought this one might not measure up but did it ever!! Amazing story and wonderful narration! Jacob Morgan could read the phone book !! Hope Luke’s story is coming next. Love the Bennett boys series!

Kinky romantics

I loved everything about this book. Thus far, Mark is my favorite brother. He is a man who is scared to show a woman his true self, until this new breath of fresh air comes to town. What is a cowboy to do, but claim her some how. Awesome story with amazing narration.

Great story. Loved the characters and the openness this story shared with us. Will read/listen to this again and again

Another great listen

These are good fun listens. I really enjoyed the way the romance developed and how strong the h was. Some people may be put off by the sexual dynamic which was a bit BDSM without the rules that normally surround it. But this is a novel and it worked for the characters, both of whom were stronger, healthier and more happy at the end. The narrators were great, I already loved Jacob Morgan, but now I love Melissa Moran as well. I listened to this for free via audible escape. The next book is not in this programme (read and listen for free). I will certainly read it if I don't purchase the audio book.

. Although it is a shalow book I enjoyed the riding. I enjoyed the stoeyline and the pace. sweet reading. I loved the narration.

One Tough City Girl

The Bennett Boys...*swoon*
There's really just no going wrong with a book that features one of these cowboys. Even if he is going to fall in love with a silly city girl. But sweet cast iron skillets, this is no simple city girl. Katelyn is strong and determined, and she's not going to let the demons a man's been fighting most of his adult life stand in the way. Katelyn and Mark had some serious hills to climb. But Katelyn was more than willing to do whatever it took to make Mark Bennett hers.

I love the prose Lauren Landish uses to describe the way her lovers show their affection for each other in all forms. The way everyone around them knows just how very much in love they are, like they have cartoony heart eyes or something, LOL. It's the way I think every woman wants to be looked at by the man she loves, to know she's completely cherished above all others, and always will be.

As for Mark and Katelyn--their story is awesome. Full of strength, rugged determination, and heart. Just like them.

Sweet cowboy story

This is so much better than book 1.

I loved Kaitlyn and Mark’s story.

This is Mark’s sort . The first Bennett boy who we met in book one as a big, handsome broody hardworking man who had the world on his shoulders. Mark was hurt as a young boy and held on to that hurt until he met Kaitlyn who turned his world upside down and accepted the thing he thought would push all women away… in my opinion it wasn’t that bad but I guess I get how a young boy would be scared… Until Kaitlyn pulls it out and accepts him.

I really appreciated a heroine that wasn’t looking for drama, looking to fight with the Hero because of some silly thing to elongate the book or whatever… I was getting tired, especially of the monologues I’m this genre… Lauren Landish, new to me, wrote about Kaitlyn in almost realistic way, like I know a Kaitlyn 😃 and Mark? Amazing! I truly enjoyed these characters that were brought to life by Jacob Morgan and Melissa Moran.

Now, there’s mature themes in this book, delicious ones… some people gave the first book a bad review because of it and that was precisely why I bought the book (while there was mature theme, it wasn’t too much as she eluded 🙄 I wish people like that would skip books with “mature themes”)

So, if spice in a book may offend your sensibilities, skip this book… for the folks who enjoy… do not skip this… while the spice meter is not on blast it still is there and a beautiful story of discovery.

Narration was stellar, anything Jacob Morgan does is amazing and as Mark Bennett? He was perfection. Melissa Moran was a great narrator as well…
