So helpful
Transformational guide for individuals struggling with obsessive-compulsive behavior in relationships. By providing actionable tools and strategies to combat these intrusive thoughts that can destroy and damage relationships, this book became my lifeline to restore and rebalance the harm that I was unintentionally doing to my relationships. It helped me to learn about what was going on with me internally while being able to take accountability for it. Very grateful for all that I learned here!

Such a helpful guide!
