my favorite go to for mindfulness
This audiobook is a favorite for me ever since I listened to it. I've been meditating a lot more and feeling much more relaxed since listening for a while now and it's a wonderful way to stay present. It's helpful for sleep as well, gets you to fall asleep quickly. Love it!

Nightly ritual
I have always loved the sound of the ocean, and now I can listen to it every night. So far it seems very calming and it works very well to help me sleep. It makes me wind down and relax after a long, tiring day. Good Night and sweet dreams!

Nice!
The sounds are peaceful. I play this whenever I want to relax and especially at bedtime. It really relaxes me, calms my mind and helps me “get sleepy.” I love this because it really does make me feel as if I’m at the beachside. What a great way to unwind after a long day!

For Ocean Lovers
We have it on in our reading room and it provides soothing, realistic ocean sounds. No interjected music to interfere with the feeling of being on an oceanfront beach - really perfect and enjoyable, exceptionally tranquil and refreshing.

Relaxed
I find the sound of the ocean waves to be very relaxing. I always come to my room to listen to this, just lay down and think about nothing else but the ocean that I'm hearing. How relaxing and it calms my nerves.

Wonderful wave sounds
I enjoy the sounds. Unwinding is not easy for me but this seems to help in the evenings. I have even put it on if I feel that the day is beginning to unravel. Very nice!

Love these sounds!
Ocean sounds are like sleeping in a beach bungalow, with windows wide open maybe a block from the ocean. These sounds help me stay focused, relax quickly, meditate more effectively, and get my baby go to sleep faster!
