good story disappointing narrator
Intriguing story but the narrator was not the best. Not much difference in character voices made it hard to figure out who was talking. Aside from the narrator I did enjoy the story.
Just as a side note Audible needs to have two separate ratings for the story and the narrator. I would've given the following in that case.
Story 5 stars once I get past the voices I enjoyed the ride.
Narrator 3 stars not bad just not as entertaining as some of the others I've heard.

Still my one of my most favorite books
Read the original booking card back back in the 90s. I’ve been a fan of Tom Clancy since I was a child. This books still no matter how many times I listen to it is still a great read.

Very appropriate for a COVID read....
Clancy, as always, is the master of the technological thriller. John Clark battles Eco-terrorist with an interesting and timely weapon.

Good but a bit of a slog
I enjoyed Rainbow Six but there were times when it just seemed to bog down and I found myself longing for the conclusion. That being said I am glad that I stuck it out to the end, Good story - enough action to keep my interest (mostly). The tech is dated as would be expected (30+ years). The reader was fine with an occasional mispronunciation of military terms. Worth a listen if you are willing to invest the time.

Great Story, Awful Narration
The Narrator was so monotone throughout that I found myself needing to rewind at various points in the story to pick up on information again. This is a fantastic story that deserves an energetic and excited narration.

A modern day GI Joe!
Another great Tom Clancy spy tale involving John Clark. The narrator who sounds like a classic newscaster from the 50's did an excellent job. The story reminded me of GI Joe because it featured an ultra elite team of military operators from different countries working together for a common good and taking out the bad guys.

great story with some minor inconsistencies
Corvallis the great book my only issue with it is a minor inconsistency in Pacing is truly action-packed in the first day of the book falling back into a recognizable classy pacing for the reminder. still very enjoyable and I would recommend to fans of Clancy's other works
