Meh on the narrator, LOVE the story

As far as the narrator goes she was fine with the females; the males sounded like whiney Lollipop Kids not “bulls”.

The story was just fun. I don’t typically do any form of “beast” and human story because logistics. This I could imagine and surprisingly enjoyed doing so. I love how different these worlds are and would love to hear stories continued for Jade and 90 something year old dude (can’t spell his name). I was devastated when #3 died and was hoping for some kind of “surprise b!tches!!!!!” moment.

I saw this was released in 2019 and nothing since for them. Isabel, please write more!

I loved this book! I wish there were more audible options for the other series and desperately want this made into a series. Please tell me the Justice's will all have books. I really want to know Jade's story. I'd also like to see an alliance with the Duggans, and plenty more humor like the name game that was played through the maze of cups. That had me laughing regularly throughout.
Thank you for taking the time to write something so enjoyable. It is a treat that I have enjoyed more than twice since purchasing. Now... GIMME MORE!!!! **uses gimme hands like 2 year old demanding cookies**

A delightful light listening experience

The story flows nicely, not too spicy but a little here and there. The surprise twist at the end..... mwah chef's kiss!!!

I wasn't prepared for how amazing this story would be! Totally loved it!

Diamond in the rough

Listen to this book. Read this book. The story is fantastic. The writing is superb. The descriptive writing take you into the strory. The lead female character is bad a**. Most fiction stories you read the female lead is physically advanced and can do unimaginable things. Well, unimaginable to me, anyway. This female lead, however, has an amazing brain, is witty with a smart mouth and good soul. No “magical”abilities other than being able to change the color of her hair and eyes and skin. This book brings humor, anticipation, panty melting, and sci-fi. I’m so glad I found this gem. The story does drag on at the end. But no complaints from me. The writer had more to tell about her characters and the worlds they live in. Well done and thank you.

So Good!

I need this book to become a series...SERIOUSLY! Sigh/ and this is the only audiobook out by this author?? wth? They need this narrator to do all her books. usually I prefer dual narrators to get better in the mood with my romances...if ya know what I mean, but not once did she detract from the emotion and I didn't recall ever having an issue being able to tell who was "talking" there were a couple squeaky voices but with such a large bunch of people the fmc meets along the way very understandable.

I digress, this minos story easily has been staged for more I have fingers crossed that that is the intent with a continuation if not more about the king and queen but then maybe her long time friend Angeleyes and the Merc? pretty please.

Highly recommend. has great wit, fast moving action, great and very (put your earbuds in) hot 🔥 sex scenes and HEAS for actually more then a few couples. ;)

Worth the credit

This feel-good sci-fi/fantasy romance story is worth your time and credit. I enjoyed the action and the love story. Everything ties up a little too nicely in the end and the climax of the book happens about halfway through. I wish there were more clues for some of the revelations that happen towards the end. Overall this is a great story, okay narrator and leaves you satisfied in the end.

The book was a very nice read. Way towards the end it got a bit draggy but overall gripping storyline and can recommend to read.

Best sci-fi Adventure

This was so good! The author did an amazing job. I hope there is a second book.

How refreshing, a complete story.

Action, drama, romance. This book gives you everything. I disagree with the people that said it dragged on. Wroth gave us a complete story and didn't cliffhanger it out for three books, which could have been done with ease. I dare say the epilogue was a bit rushed. The two side characters blazed to a conclusion eventhough it seemed a little out of character for them.

Narration was fine. This book had more than enough characters to warrant multiple narrators. I felt there were times Young was struggling to make them all sound different.

On a side note, the pretend cursing seems juvenile. Tou can write sex scenes but you draw the line at cursing? If it was a character quirk that's one thing but that was not the case.
