So cute!!

I loved this book! Loved how Miles helped the main character find peace within that grief! Wished Miles was more into her but nonetheless the relationship was cute!

Living After Loss

This is a wonderful story about people working together to process complicated grief. It’s a beautiful story about family, in the broadest sense, and about being a mother.

I loved everything about this book.

I bought this book solely on the preview, that’s how good Alex Finke is. This book was so good. Every character was well written. It was funny- even though it’s about loss. I loved this book! I could totally see this being a movie.

This book felt like it was healing. A part of me that was still hurting. Grief is not linear and to just see this journey. It gave me a sense of peace that I didn’t know I needed. Thank you for this beautiful work of art.

The. Reader

The reader is absolutely phenomenal. She’s like a magnet. She attracts you with all different voices her excitement in her reading- I can actually see the character through her reading. Stunning!!

You will laugh and cry!

I loved everything about this book the author, the context, the way, the story flowed real true feelings about death and the loss of someone important in your life.
The narrator was amazing!!

Unfortunately, the grief is real. But still a nice read!

I lost my best friend at 33 to breast cancer, so there was a lot I could relate to in this book. I appreciated the slow burn. The narrator did a good job, but was also super cringe at some points. Would've preferred a little less theatrics. But maybe that was the character more than the narrator.
