Always great catching up at Pride High

Another great read from Jay Bell. His character development is always amazing. No matter which character you’re reading about, there’s always something you can relate to in some way. Like the Something Like series, you get lost in this universe and feel as if you’re an onlooker at Pride High. I’m already looking forward to the next one!

This Book Felt a Stop Along the Way

This book felt like a time filler. It set up a whole bunch of things for the future but not a whole lot was resolved. I can't wait to see what happens next.

I just love this story line

I love how each character has there own issues showing everyone has there own problems and is just trying to figure out there own happiness

What goes around, goes around.

This book is not any other LBTQ book that I have ever read. Its a great story, with characters that will keep you listening. The love between Ricky & Diego and Cameron & Anthony and Omar & Anthony is an unbreakable love! And the High School principal is a BITCH! Overall, it's a good, love story And a good listen!

This author can’t miss

Just another amazing book that touches on some serious topics with tact and care, yet remaining realistic in reactions and emotion. Can’t recommend enough. This collection is definitely going to be one I buy in full in physical copies as well.

Love this series,though I have to admit I'm no fan of Anthony for how he treats Cameron.

Poor humor and forced existentialism.

I've listened to many of Jay Bell's books, and unfortunately, I think I've lost my taste for them. After 4 of this series and the entire "Something Like..." series, it's hard to swallow the style of humor to then be left on a cliff-hanger of a characters death and questioning what it will be like when one of my loved ones does. The performance was excellent, but the jokes were worse than dad jokes. They weren't groan-worthy... they are the kind that make you feel embarrassed for the other person. It would be one thing if one or two of the characters weren't witty enough for genuine humor. It's quite another if that's the quality of all the humor in the book.

If this is your first Jay Bell series, and you are still enjoying it, I don't mean to yuck your yum. But I don't think this is a journey I want to be on anymore. (But again, great VO actor!)
