Repeating the technique

I like that the author repeats the words to engrave the technique in listener’s mind. Looking at the book to see pictures and may be, graphs too, will be great. I am using heloc and it’s a great method.

Advice seems legitimate

Just bought my first home in an over inflated market and with a high interest rate. The total amount that would be paid over the course of 30 years seems daunting. I listened to this book with the intention of gaining insight at how I can save time and money and be a legitimate homeowner instead of have the title while the bank truly owns it.
His advice of getting a HELOC or PLOC makes sense in theory. To be very honest though, it makes me a little nervous since taking out another loan and paying that off would seriously stretch my families budget. At the same time, the thought of going the traditional route of just paying the minimum mortgage sounds stupid and that makes me nervous too.
I know the ultra wealthy maneuver in ways most people don’t think about or are too scared to attempt so with that all being said this will be advice I’ll be taking. I don’t think I’ll be able to truly own my home in 3 years, but even if I get this paid off in 10 years I will have set my family up massive future success.

worth the listen but lacking

Hi, good book and the author means well, but leaves out the key fact of how to continue to pay your month mortgage after adding a large amount to the principal. The monthly payments are still due and now you have to still pay the HELOC monthly too. Nevertheless cheap book and worth the listen to expose yourself to the concept. Please buy it, biggest take away, get rid of that mortgage stat!!!!

Lacks Substance

A very short read with only a few reference that have any value towards your financial freedom, I would not recommend this as a purchase. Currently, the front page of his website is down with only a white splash page returning. So finding his spreadsheet referenced in the book is not generally accessible. Since it’s a small bit of information there are a few take a ways. Most if not all this information is found elsewhere for free. Take a few minutes to research better sources.
