Great book. Very practical and easy to understand.
This book has a very logical and lucid flow. There was no unnecessary fluff and back stories that other authors use just to make their books longer as if the longer the book is, the better value you're getting. This book gets straight to the point with just enough examples to drive the point home. I will definitely apply some of the methods mentioned.

Great info and a short read
The audio book was only 1 hour and I could have skipped the beginning where they define mortgage words like principle and interest to make it shorter. It’s great info if you have the extra income, but most people could not come up with approx 2k per month to throw at the HELOC. That being said, the strategy will still be beneficial at any level, just not as fast.

Great information in such short book
loved this book. this is a very inexpensive book with such good info and tells you step by step also, in a way we all can understand.
I will be buying this book for family for sure!!!
