Oh man was this book just so damn good!! Callan and Beth, who had a fleeting romance when they were teens, are reunited after 8 years when they realize they are now living in the same apartment building (on Loverose lane ❤️). These two had great banter and obvious chemistry, but once they cleared the air surrounding what broke them apart when they were younger, these two stopped holding back.

There was so much character development, great friendships, some heartbreak, and mending of those broken hearts. I just adored this story and these characters.

Sweet and sexy

A book you can get lost in. The storyline was fun and romantic. Narrators told the story well and the characters were relatable.

Royally Hooked from Start to Finish

From fake dating to enemies to lovers and finally not being able to fake it anymore, this story has everything. It is royally amazing! I loved how their history from high school shaped the way they are with each other now. As they started their fake relationship and she realized she didn’t want to pretend anymore, everything changed.

I didn’t want to stop listening. I was hooked from start to finish. All the anguish, passion, and love were wrapped into one unforgettable story.

excited for the continuation of these characters

I love that we are continuing with the next generation of ODS characters. j like all the callbacks to Joss and Braden's story, but I also didn't like that it was so familiar, almost recycled. I hope this won't be a pattern for the next kids. the narrators were wonderful, though I don't think I ever got used to the female narrator doing the male voice. I'm already looking forward to the next book.

New era, same exceptional writing.

I thought it would be very difficult to start a new era of on Dublin street and stand alone and be good but Samantha Young did it. It felt different from on Dublin street but with the same vibe. I’m looking forward to the next book on this series. Great dual POV narration.

Sad I finished it!

I loved this story so much I'm sad I finished it! I'm so excited to have a new generation of the Charmichaels and their extended family to read about while getting glimpses into how the others have been, seeing their relationships still going strong while feeling real at the same time. Like all the stories in the earlier On Dublin Street series, this book is fantastic, the characters feel real and raw and I loved how Callan and Beth's relationship progressed throughout the story. Their banter is absolutely hilarious and their chemistry off the charts! I laughed, I sighed, I cried and I adored every second of this audiobook! In addition, the narration is beautiful and made the story and characters truly come alive. I absolutely devoured this story and can't wait for the next!

Found Family

3.5 stars. I loved Jocelyn and Braden from On Dublin Street. This book focuses on their daughter, Beth, and her relationship with soccer player Callan. I liked their banter, especially when they realized they lived in the same building. However, their chemistry wasn't off the charts, as I hoped.

I loved it so much!!

If I could give this one more than five stars I would. I loved it so much! I was hooked immediately and didn’t want to put it down! So to make that happen I got the audio! If you are an audio lover it is a definite must listen! It enhanced the story so much! The narrators did an amazing job bringing this story to life! It played out like a movie in my mind! I loved Callan and Beth so much! This was definitely one of those reads that will leave you thinking now what?! Only because you wont want it to end! I got so attached to the characters. If you’re in the mood for a sports, close proximity, enemies to lovers, grumpy/sunshine, second chance romance make sure to add this one to your tbr!!! A definite must read!

Awww to be in love with

It felt so good to step back into the world of On Dublin Street! ODS was a book that touched my soul many years ago when I need a book to help me through a hard time. Jocelyn was an instant soul sister. Decades later we have a second gen start up and it did not disappoint! Samantha’s writing is still the soul depth masterpiece that I was expecting! It was great to see Jocelyn and Braden through their eldest daughter’s eyes.

Beth was an amazing FMC! Character development was top knot h and evolved beautifully.

Callan was perfect as the top athlete with a secret soft spot for the young heart stealer.

Baird was the best side character and i desperately want his story soon!!!

She did it again

Samantha's books always remind me why she is my favorite author and On Lover Rose Lane is no exception. I absolutely loved the story. I loved the reminders of all of the previous books. I loved the fact that it was like getting Brayden and Joss all over again, along with their daughter. I felt like we were hearing from family members and it was nice to reminisce. I appreciate the flashbacks from Joss and Brayden's story. I can almost say I even remember when Beth was born. The first generation was my favorite series of books and I can't wait for more books in this second generation.
