Stiff delivery

Great ideas, some not wildly profound, but things we forget. I really enjoyed the Your Next Move action plans at the end of each chapter. I have both the print version and the Audible book, and I liked reading this in print better. The narration is a bit stiff/canned, for me.

Corporate blueprint

Great perspective of how to take the steps. To really take charge of criming, the corporate ladder, and was even great to see Kim go from higher education to corporate and back between those 2 worlds and also talked about the dynamic of being a person of color as well as a female. We'll have liked to see how this applied to be more of an entrepreneur, all those still great tips and lessons.That you can apply as an entrepreneur or someone that's working in both worlds.

This book was the entire package for me. The flow was great, I received actionable steps, and I was able to apply the steps real time. This book is a must read for anyone with a job but seeking a career.

Great Book

This was what I needed to read years ago, many points I have learnt slowly through the years and to have it affirmed in this book is great. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants and needs more out of their professional career
