Of course - This excellent book have provided me holistic method in accomplishing the ideal balance life. I am a very busy person however this book taught me to value what I have and slow down a little to appreciate life. Very nice book.

What did you love best about New Age: Understanding the New Age?

I really liked the book. There was a looooot of content. Starting up with "what the heck really is New Age?", going through history to many figures that had profound effect on shaping this stream of thought. However, the biggest part of the book are explainations of different terms by this ideology. What is consiousness? What is the mind, the body? How this all ties in with the Eastern philosophies and medicine, the chakras, yoga, meditation? Even if you don't buy to any of these things I can really recommend reading it, just to broaden your horizons a little bit.

Yes, it is clear and I am very lazy to read

This book did an outstanding job in explaining natural healing. The author discussed various methods that will assist me to attain full-bodied health and peaceful mind and spirit. The explanation is easy to follow and understand. A must have book.
