I've recording a number of audiobook on Narcissist parents now, and this is one of the best ones I've recording so far. Aside from being easy to read and highly relatable, it highlighted a number of behaviors I have in adulthood, that to be honest, I hadn't actually connected until now with my upbringing, and it was painful to realist that my hideous excuse for a parent had affected me even more than I thought she had. But it's a good thing in the end, to realist the serious harm these people do, only then do you rise up and finally rid yourself of them, rather than giving them opportunity after opportunity to knock you down again, by keeping them in your life in some capacity, as I have, or by keeping other family members around, that still keep the recording going in some small way.

This is an excellent audiobook recording. It so accurately describes living with a narcissistic mother and how to free yourself. That 'Mother's are to be put on pedestals and revered, to never be questioned, to be loved no matter what. I definitely recommend this audiobook recording.

Well worth the time

It wasn't long before her frankly lunatic behavior started again, reveling in my misfortune, becoming insanely jealous at anything remotely good happening in my life, constantly spreading smear and hate campaigns about me, controlling all communication between all family members and eventually isolating me from them all, telling everyone I was 'abusing her', despite it being completely untrue, and lapping up the attention and sympathy this gained her, whilst smirking at me as more and more people turned against me, and I could do nothing to convince them otherwise.
