Best book on narcissism I have listen, leads you down a path of healing and making sure you have tools to deal with or cut out the narcissistic person. Informative, easy to listen and understandable book.Anyone involved with a narcissist should listen this. I just loved this book.

I loved the easy to follow step by step guide

This is an amazing listen for anyone who has lived through the experience and survived narcissistic abuse. I wish I could buy this for all the people who ever discounted, invalidated or dismissed my experience as well. I feel that this book will be an asset to my healing and recovery from the abuse!

This is a really detailed book, I enjoyed fully

A bit too long and some parts seem repetitive but could also work in reinforcing the messages a survivor needs to hear repetitively like a mantra. Either way, this is one of the top books out there and comprehensive review of narcissism and narcissistic abuse recovery. Thank you.

Awesome Narcissist book and easy to follow!

This book on audio is excellent. I learned to have compassion for those whose brains literally do not function when examined by a PET scan for the areas needed for compassion and empathy, and that this is why they can be so abusive and not have remorse or apology. This book made it very clear what I should and should not expect from a narcissistic abuser and how important it is for me to break away from the toxic, abusive relationship.

I've been listening narcissism for quite a while and thought I knew everything there was to know by now. Wonderful book,Helped Me Move On

This was the book that helped me get out of my toxic marriage. A family member recommended Iisten it when she heard about the problems going on in my marriage. I'd already ready a lot of self-help books, tried therapy, tried marital therapy, and nothing was working. Marital therapy was me being blamed for every problem in the marriage. It was frustrating, depressing, and I was at wit's end.

I appreciated the strengths based approach and steering clear of any victim shaming language such as “codependent.” Also appreciate the inclusion and references to other sources and therapists. This creator clarifies encounters an individual could expect when managing or living with a Narcissist.
