Fiction based on true story

It is a story based on a real person. An interesting story based on real woman with extraordinary amount of character during the dark time of WW 2

Small book but big story

With this book being so short I wasn’t expecting such a great story with so much information. I would have loved to have gotten more in depth on the characters in the book but it was still long enough for me to feel invested in people and families portrayed in the story.

This book was very well presented and the story was so heartfelt. Fictional but based on a true story made it even sweeter. It was a great short listen.

Excellent book! We have nothing to complain about … ever

When one tries to put themselves in the place of someone who has been hiding for 20 months, cramped, no baths, no bathrooms no running water not even a ray of sunshine, we have nothing to complain about.. This was an excellent book. and an excellent reminder. Life is good!!!
