I never tire of Mrs Pollifax
Dorothy Gilman does it again . She takes us on a wild safari, entertains us with a host of characters and we watch Mrs Pollifax use her brain and nerves of steel. Glad I used another credit on this series.

Best so far in the series
I love Mrs. Pollifax, but this adventure was one of my favorites because it had a lot of unexpected plot twist.

Fabulous writing and fabulous narration
All of the Mrs Pollifax novels are top quality. Somehow I'd missed this one, so I was listening to this for the first time. It was like a warm reunion with an old friend. And, AS ALWAYS, Barbara Rosenblatt's narration elevates the audio book to celestial heights. My gosh, is she talented! If you have never experienced the Amelia Peabody series narrated by Barbara R., do yourself a BIG favor and listen to some (all!) of them.
Just wish there were new Mrs Pollifax books.

Great Book once Again
Only problem was it ended too soon!
So refreshing to read a story where evil is captured and the innocent are heroes.
Sadly now days, it’s the powerful who are the Elites who can bribe there way out of their crimes.
And Due Process: where it should be innocent until proven guilty with real evidence seems to be determined by the media propaganda/slander machine.

Great series
Would you consider the audio edition of Mrs. Pollifax on Safari to be better than the print version?
Absolutely loved this whole series. Narration was great except for the last book in the series. Loved the locations and the detailed description about the people, customs, and traditions. Mrs. Pollifax character was a delight and loved her. Listened to the series twice through I enjoyed it so much. The narrator was so good, I can't imagine that reading the books would have been nearly as enjoyable.

The delightful Mrs. Pollifax!
I really enjoy the Mrs. Pollifax mysteries, and, once again, she helped solve the mystery with another great adventure and an unsuspected ending. The narrator was expressive but left way too many unnecessary pauses in the recording, and her pronunciation was incorrect at times.
