Zach's apparent immunity to the zombie virus may hold the key to creating a vaccine and securing a future for the human race. Life at Mount Weather is indeed a significant improvement from their former life, but it is not without its dark side, and Zach finds himself having to make a difficult choice.

Great series
This is my favorite zombie series! The cast is great and the develops spot on. I can't wait to hear the next one.
My only complaint is the dreams, please Mr. Achord don't ruin the series with a bunch of dream prophecies like Chris Philbrook did to his series.

I did not want it to end
I am a big fan of the zombie genre but all 5 zombie rules are the only ones I felt compelled to write a review for . I really enjoyed all five books and the narrator did a great job narrating all of the characters

A great addition to the series!
I advise that you start with the first book in the series to get the maximum benefit from the story. I wish the book were longer as it's easy to become interested in the characters lives. If you're looking for a series you can listen to back to back this is one of the best!

An outstanding fifth instalment to a great series.
Zak and the survivors arrive at Mt. Weather and find it hard to settle in with them. We meet new people, get a bigger picture of folks introduced in book four, and of course hold our breath as they fight zombies and marauders . An excellent fifth instalment to a series I love.

I love Zach and trail and tribulations, and all the other characters involved around his life. Can't wait to the next novel. Keep up the good work Mr. Achord!!!!
