thanks to audible plus, now I got to buy two books I've already listened to, so ill have all in the series when (if) they come out. Damn thou Harmon Cooper, for making good books. and now I have to find more books in the universe you've created so i can hear more from it.... Excellent book, it's pokemon with hot chicks and music. enjoy.

Spectacular

This was one of the best audiobooks I’ve had the pleasure of listening to the storyline sound affects and the characters everything was amazing I highly recommend this book to be listen to needless to say I cannot wait for the second installment hopefully soon

Different but good :)

The music and other sounds are a new change to audio books. At first it was a little off putting but it comes into play a lot more as the book goes on, I thought they did a great job with this one. 10 of 10 to the narrator and sound team. Another great read from Harmon Cooper. As i have listen to almost all of his books i can say i am never disappointed by his work. Great job. cant wait for the next one. :)

A terrific first start

Loved the interplay between the two narrators and the fact that they even do a little singing during the book, along with all the sound effects makes this one of the best books I have heard in a long time! My only criticism is that the book isn’t longer! I hugely recommend this book!!

Ready Player oneish

I love the flow of this story. It does remind me of Ready Player One a bit, but that is okay because it does have enough of a difference to make it stand alone. The music really helps out a ton. The voice actors were phenomenal!! I hope that more books will become available to Audible in the near future.

Impressive

This was a great book. I was engaged the whole way through. Really disappointed there isn’t a sequel audio book. Going to see if I can squeeze in time to read the sequel. Great performance though!

I loved it.

The music, the awkward songs, the instrumentals, the sound effecta made this book go from a 6 to a 9. It would only get a 10 if the girl would be clear about what is "complicated," and if the MC would be more... aggressive or wayyyyy less passive. I think Monster Hunt is exactly what he needed.

Way better than I expected! worth it!

Normally I don't like audio dramas, and just want an unabridged book read for me. This was that, but with 2 narrators for the male and female voices, it really brought the performance up a notch. This was complimented by background music and sound through the entire book, giving just a nice amount of an emotional push as things got exciting. The music was made even better by the fact that the two main characters were both musicians, and there were a few songs by them in the book. Overall a top notch performance.

as far as the story, it was a pretty good litRPG where we watched the character build up him monster hunt app, which is basically a much cooler version of VR Pokemon go. Overall, as pretty solid story, though a little more background on the main characters could be nice.

Definitely worth your time.

An overall wonderful experience

This book experienced by this audio book is elevated to one of my favorite forms of entertainment. I hope to see the 2nd and 3rd books adapted in this way.

Awesome performance

The sounds and voice acting was awesome! It made you feel as if you were there. I had to go buy me a vr headset just to experience something close to this story lol I wish the game they play was real. The story does get repetitive. There is no twist to the story. Just a simple straight forward build up for a tournament. But still enjoyable.
