Liz Curtis Higgs is a wonderful author and it is wonderful to listen to her narrate her own tale and give voice to her characters! I have been a fan of her bible study books for years and now her Christian fiction as well. Bringing tales from the Bible to a new era in time to show Gods wonderful timelessness!!

I hesitated to purchase this because I didn’t really enjoy the narration of the previous book in the series. However, the narration felt much more natural in this one and I am so very glad that I purchased it! Such a great storyline with depth, beautiful characters, and redemption.

I would take Liz Curtis Higgs out to dinner - I met her many years ago when she was a program speaker - I would then talk with her about each of the characters and, of course, their relationship to the Bible characters on which they are based.
