I enjoyed the first 2 books but the last book not so much. I felt like the ending could have been better.

I would have liked a better ending for Lord Doran and Astor. I also would’ve liked to have seen the alpha of the ghost pack live. But all in all it was a really good read. I enjoyed all three different series.

Spoiler warning **Overall I liked the series very much, but this third book really was rushed and left me discontent. Chase had a good formula for the other books in the series and the first 2 books in Astor's storyline, but this book was to be the climax of the series; and turned out so disappointing!
The author thought she was throwing in a spectacular twist that fell completely flat. She killed off both love interests and the gate battles were... dumb and boring. As I am a happy endings type of lady, this book is Chase's equivalent to the ending of the Sopranos....nice going!

Entertaining series but extremely disappointing 3rd book ending to the series.
