NARRATOR HOLLERS
The book is excellent. The narrator is horrible. The narrator is constantly speaking as if he is yelling. It is impossible to listen to the book being read for purposes of prayer and peace when the narrator is yelling.

Brings the Bible into the 21st century.
Its a great way to take in the bible in a new way as you go about your daily business.
It often makes me smile the way it has been adapted into the "now" time.
I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Well Done!. I have enjoyed listening to this book.
The book delivered what it said it would. Nothing was missed, the readers and reading was superb. Delivery had just the right inflection to make listening and following with the Bible spiritual.

May be good for the youth to listen to...
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Did not enjoy this interpretation of the Scriptures...I believe it caters to a younger listener...
Would you ever listen to anything by Eugene H. Peterson again?
Maybe so...dependent upon what it is...he caters to a younger crowd...
