Mercury is the planet of communication, and it governs both speaking and listening, as well as your lungs and your breath. When it is retrograde, we can experience shifts, disruptions, and even breakdowns in these areas. This meditation provides a sacred space for reflection and an opportunity to reassess your perspective, so that you can move ahead with clarity and confidence.

The story premise is not something that I buy into but that doesn’t matter because it’s supposed to put you to sleep. I liked the background music a lot because I am a retired musician and it didn’t have any obvious stop/start points to a recording or sound sample. Just about every other meditative “book” on audible either has those repetitive backgrounds or doesn’t have any at all after the beginning. The book was performed by the author which I would normally like but this one doesn’t have a soothing enough voice to be able to lead me into a totally relaxing experience. I stopped trying after less than 15 minutes. I recommend having a soft breathy British or Australian male to do the narrator if it’s re-recorded.

A meditation like no other I’ve done. Clear and spacious while having profound purpose. And somehow zero percent pretentious! highly recommend it!
