Helps to understand EI

Introduction to emotional intelligence but doesn’t tell you much onhow to fix it especially in relationships which is what I need personally.

Could be better...

The reading voice was terrible for one... But the content was okay at best. There are some good points but other areas of content I found unhelpful, degrading, or even downright unprofessional. I'd try a different book on the topic if you can.

Easy to comprehend and relate

I liked how it gave so many relatable examples. The narration was consistent and consistent and kept me glued to my seat. I want more of this . Very good . Keep up the good work

Didn’t land for me

This was recommended by a former supervisor of mine but it just didn’t land for me. I feel like it didnt teach me anything. Felt like something a robot would read to act more human.
