There is no practicality to this book

I am on the second last chapter and there’s only been one practical exercise in the book. This book is more about linking Tibetan Buddhist practices to neuroscience that it is about teaching you anything that you could use.

The author states at one point to go onto YouTube to learn the mantras. I could’ve saved my Audible credit and just went onto YouTube free. So that’s what I recommend everyone do. Go onto YouTube and learn this for yourself. If you already believe this stuff you don’t need to read this book.

The reading itself was a bit too slow for me and all of the Tibetan names made it hard to follow.
