Unique and lovely little book

Enjoyed the listen. It was well-written in an easy to listen style. Informative and entertaining. I have listened start to finish and the author was able to talk about emotions that hold us back from moving forward. I have a better understanding about how emotions are formed and used. How we can use it to advance our way of life, or stop others from using it to advance their own intentions. A unique book and a unique take on emotional manipulation.

I’m pleased with the authors approach to keeping this audiobook short & sweet.I guess could be helpful but overall the take away is if you don’t have a perfect relationship or you are a victim of an emotional blackmail, you can still be in control of your own emotions.This is by far the most enlightening audiobook of the most valuable knowledge.

If you are one of those who want to take charge of your emotions and lead a happy and successful life, read on to get an insight into what to do and what not. You might always want to have an honest communication with others as well as yourself. I suggest this book for everyone.

Better than I initially thought

At first I couldn’t imagine that an audiobook can do so much for truly freeing people who experience emotional blackmail. But here is a different story. I did get more than advice and tips from this book. I feel like I am more aware, conscious, knowledgeable, and for the first time there I can feel that it is possible to be in control of whatever circumstance emotional manipulation has led me to… that I can take the lead now that I see exactly where I am and exactly what it is.

Teaches u how to avoid being emotionally blackmailed, n to notice some examples of emotional blackmail.
