Yes, this is something that can be listened to more than once and is designed for that purpose. This hypnosis includes more than one background setting to diversify your hypnosis sessions, which is something I found very helpful. I like the first chapter the most, so I have been listening to that one daily. Although, when I get tired of that background I can always switch to another. Love this concept!Any additional comments?
