sounds like really good AI, but mispronunciations are everywhere. When the voice said " diss if er" for decypher...ughhhh

the mispronunciation. Other than the AI voice it was ok. I have nothing left to say.

Terrible narrator

Oh well, and her voice made me crazy. It sounded like she was just reading it. Every sentence sounded the same. I couldn’t stand it after the second title.

The voices were terrible. Didn’t know it was AI until I looked at other reviews. Will not listen to another AI read. Enjoyed the stories.

The worst narration EVER in the second book

The first book had an interesting plot & was well narrated. The second books had the worst narrator I think I've ever listened to. It is so bad that it pretty much overshadowed everything else, including the story. No emotion in the voice and the accent was weird. Especially given that the story is set in North Carolina. It is also very strange that the books are in no way related. I assumed it would be a series but no

Intense

Left me sitting on the edge of my chair. Totally surprised by the characters that were killed. I loved this series and highly recommend it.

True Good vs Evil

I loved the storyline and the way you see good people being taken granted of. How you can see how some people can rute themselves into an actual situation because of a material or psychological processes because of a payoff or thinking that doing something irrational is what is expected to win people over. I think this book shows a lot about people and what they will do good or bad. I pray we see things more clearly in the days ahead.

Unrealistic

I didn’t finish this book. It was so unrealistic! The main character is a cop on the force with what I’m assuming is PTSD from being involved in a school shooting. The problem is that she’s actively working when she can’t handle the sounds of glass breaking, and she seems to know nothing about teenagers even though she supposedly works with them. She didn’t even know what “check her social” means. It’s not a bad storyline, but it’s executed badly!

Well Done

Great narration by all three, to a good riveting plot, that was brought alive by being in audio, well done. Given audio for my voluntary review and my honest opinion
