The idea of learning French while sleeping is intriguing, but the results are modest. "Learn French While Sleeping" is a nice concept, and I did feel more exposed to the language, but I didn't make substantial progress. It's more like a passive background exposure to the language rather than active learning. If you're looking for a shortcut to fluency, this isn't it. However, it can be a useful supplementary tool in your language learning arsenal.
