I really liked the chapter on dealing with resources from other countries and cultures – an extremely important resource in this global world.

Realistic and useful audible

Most of the tips and tricks he uses I’ve not heard before – he does mention that they are hard won advice through half a lifetime of experience. A good book to start a management career.
