The best thing about this book is that you can implement these tips and tricks very easily and quickly. Good purchase for new and seasoned managers alike

I consider myself a young outgoing professional who has goals of attaining executive levels of management. I listened this audiobook as part of a Masters class and I have to say it was very interesting and informative.

Useful guidance

This is the book that every manager should have in their personal library. I found out a lot of new ideas that are very effective and easy implemented in both large and small organizations. Chapters 8 and 9 are my favorites and particularly useful in my situation.
