The Story Was Riveting

I was immediately drawn into the main character’s life, her emotions, psyche, insecurities, angst, and her eventual development through the flood of Galveston.

Another top rate story by Jennifer L. Wright and performance by Sarah Zimmerman. What an amazing partnership! I eagerly await her novels based on historical events…most of which are unfamiliar. My only complaint is they just end too soon!

Living near Galveston and visiting it was such a wonderful book to bring to life the story of the hurricane.
