Solid, honest, and approachable

It is tough for me to rate this book because I have been thinking of Jewish Mysticism for a while; therefore, I do not understand how plain it would be for a novice. Mari appears to be very conscious and enlightened on the topic and as a result, I would suggest it.

A lot of information is in it.

A light book to further explain the method of Kabbalah, assisting us in taking the next step in our development towards spirituality. If you have any problems with the purpose of life, I would deeply recommend this book.

The Standard Text on Jewish Mysticism

I asked my friend who is a Conservative author for one work on the subject of Jewish Mysticism and he recommended this one. So I listening to it. It's is def. trustworthy and full of careful scholarship.

We are using this audiobook for a class on Jewish Mysticism and it provides the group lots of food for meditation.

Love this book

Though the book discusses the most essential and important question in man's life, what is the purpose of creation, I couldn't stop listening to it once I started. This audiobook gave me a good understanding of the wisdom of Kabbalah and made me hungry for more. I really liked it!

I bought this audiobook for my teenage daughter. She has taken an interest in spirit guides. So far she is just loving this book and giving what she's learning to her friends.

This helps to explain the diversity including near-surrealist strangeness of Jewish mystical spirituality. mystics visualized the Physical body of God: His sidearms so many billion miles long, and so on. Health visionaries ascended to graduated Heavenly Palaces a practice St. Paul must have been familiar with.

THE Modern Classic of Kabbalah

Gershom Scholem transformed Kabbalah into an acceptable academic discipline. Today many authors/scholars/professors follow in his footsteps. It should be noted, however, that he was a cassette professional nor Kabbalist. He appears to have faithfully presented Kabbalistic doctrines, teachings, etc.

This was a very interesting audible, although its stature as a classic led me to believe that it would be a bit closer to a “Jewish Mysticism for Dummies” than it ended up being. The work was composed in Hebrew, presumably for audiences who have a familiarity with the Torah

THE BEST GUIDE

The theme book is simple to digest, and the heavy-duty technical viewpoints found in some of Mari's books are not present here. Every thought is good fully defined and described, and the book leaves you questing for more. REALLY THE BEST GUIDE.
