In this hour-long presentation, senior instructor Arnaud Maitland's nurturing voice leads listeners through guided relaxation and breath exercises from the Tibetan yoga system known as Kum Nye. Brought to the west in the 1970s by the author of this audiobook, Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku, Kum Nye is a healing practice based on Tibetan medicine and Buddhist mind-body disciplines.
