This is clearly a narrative for English learners
The Korean speaker sounds like his part was sent in on a cassette tape they found left over at an abandoned Radio Shack. I've done voice acting and studied Korean, was trained to teach and have a TESOL certification and it's clear the emphasis is on understanding the English speaker and not the Korean.
It is not very helpful unless you've been learning Korean for some time. I'd hesitate to call this beginner level, and it's definitely NOT a story so much as a log of events to describe a typical English day.
