I love that this book was narrated by Dr. Brett himself. His message and delivery are so captivating and digestible, and I finished this book in record time! I'd love to go back and listen to a chapter per day for eaiser implementation.

The Most Impactful Book

This is the most impactful book I’ve ever read. I started it almost a year ago, but wasn’t ready for the messages at the time. Being in a new place mentally, I was able to revisit it and embrace it entirely.

It’s helped shift and change me in the most positive of ways. I don’t know how my mornings will be without it, so I may just give it a second go ‘round.

Incredible book, incredibly narrated,

I had no clue what i was getting into, a lot of the vocabulary was foreign to me. Dr. Jones reads this so perfectly it motivated me to seek out source to even find out what then hell it is. Breathe work? Not for me I always said, until I did it. He narrates in such a relatable way, I could feel his authenticity. I’m listening for the 3rd time. And I just feel better, period. I’m happier with who I am, because Im being who I want to be. Great read for anyone and it’s sent me down a path of education towards a deeper connection with ME
