Planes already on the runway

In KM rule #7, Geshe talks about how there are already planes on the runway that are on their way to taking off. These are past seeds that we have sowed. Then he shares how we can use the karmic shutoff valve to shut-off the negative seeds. This was very empowering to read about. The whole book is full of such good,den nuggets and I am so grateful I bought this book.
