Solid refresher

Pretty Solid
If you've got the time, I would really recommend How to Win Friends and Influence People over this book. I think it says the same thing but feels like a better read. however, this one is pretty short and is a good refresher.

This is a wonderful book.

Straight forward and practical to implement. One of the most influential books I've read. Timeless.

it reminds me a lot of how to win friends and influence people. a lot of great principles with radical examples.

A little dated, but good

You can tell it was written in the 50s by some of the language, but if you can get past all that, it's a solid book with some really good principles to employ.

An amazing walkthrough across human behaviours and dealing with different individualities. Already tested and proved techniques will guide you to deliver the same results. Well written and outstanding piece of work by Les Gibson.

The audio has some background noise. It almost sounds like a fan in the background.

This book is a classic. Anyone who wants to master that art of dealing with people needs to get this book.
