If you've got the time, I would really recommend How to Win Friends and Influence People over this book. I think it says the same thing but feels like a better read. however, this one is pretty short and is a good refresher.

The best book I read this year……highly recommend

It was a great book!
This book really opened my eyes to some of the simple ways to communicate with people that I never thought about in the ways they’re talked about in this book!

More to the Point than How to Win Friends...
I like Les Giblin a lot! What this book does quite simply, is share Dale Carnegie's message in How to Win Friends and Influence People in a more to the point and understandable way. Comparing the two books, both of which I've listened to, I got more out of and enjoyed this book more. The messages are the same IMO, and equally good.
