These are short book, only a few hours needed to listen to another bit of Shining’s life.

Great to have more Shining

No complaints beyond the length. I wanted more. This was definitely shorter than what I'd usually pick up, but I love the series.

Cats + AI make woman cat hybrid who doesn't like the taste of rat.

Delightful, deranged storyline. Women kick a$$ on men with evil on their minds. A fierce blizzard blows our hero down or is SS down from being shot? Nicest possible cliffhanger ending,

Amazing!!

I cannot get enough of Shining and her crew. Not only is this one of the best series I have ever read/listen to but the performance is stellar!! The only down fall is I have to now wait for the next book

Fun transition book

I love this series. I mostly listen to non-fiction but this and the Galactic Bonds and The Ashen series are really enjoyable. I could listen to hundreds more hours of this story, Shining is a great lead character, the narrator is top notch, and the world is easy and fun to imagine. I feel like this book wrapped up previous challenge arcs and now the stage is set for some interesting new developments coming in book 6 - a new chapter for Shining Smith and her growing family..
