This audio book impressed me a lot.

I got enough info that helped me a lot
There are many books on the market that proclaim similar messages but this is the most comprehensive juicing book you will ever listen to. The narrator did a good job.

The ultimate juicing guide
This is the perfect book for easy juicing. This book is really very helpful and most of the recipes are delicious. The important thing is that I can see results since I took the decision to juice every day. I also work out a few times a week and eat organic only. Good content tho.
