😒😶 Ummm

The story really wasn’t that good, it didn’t have enough action in it and the ending should of been better

The narrator needs a lot of practice. It was like listening to my grandchild read.

Narrator turned me off

The plot and story line was good. the narration was not. too slow reading and getting caught up on her words

Engrossing

Very well written; tons of in the edge of your seat, saying “Oh No!”, and laughter throughout. The narrator is a whole other story. She made breaks in her sentences and really had not a difference tone for each character. She is definitely one of the bad readers unfortunately.

Author

Pretty obvious the author doesn’t know anything about Memphis or the people from Memphis. That kinda messed the book up for me. I have lived in Memphis all my life. Smh but it was an ok book overall

I’m sorry, the narrator

I’m sorry I just can’t finish this book. The narrator is a NO for me. It’s probably an interesting story, but please find a good Narrator like. IIKANE AND NICOLE SMALL.

The ending

They left it all open I wish they would of closed the story out left a lot of loose ends but still a good read

A bit strange

I think this book could have been GREAT, the narrator was the first issue, she just didn't know how to tell a story. The story line had power it just seemed to jump all over the place. The ending was absolutely terrible, for there not to be a book 2 it left too much incomplete.

The storyline was dope but good Lord can yall PLEASE stop hiring English professors to read urban books?!?! This narrator was TERRIBLE

I love this book!

I love this book. The writer knows how to write a very good story. I recommend this book to anyone. Very worth the read
