This new hero is undeniably a monster. By every measure he is a monster in the guise of a hero. How will this typical fantasy world and not so typical princess change with this new hero? For even if he is by all rights a monster. He is trying his hardest to be the hero she wants him to be.

Ai narration makes it hard to follow

It seems like the story could be ok. I am going to be giving up on it because the ai narration where everyone sounds the same jumping between characters and the lack of proper inflections is hard to follow. I hope they hire real people for audio books in the future and this isn’t a trend

great but....

While the story is quite good, be prepared for a lot of chubby chasing, for example the "most beautiful woman in the world happens to be on the cover of book 9. Almost like body image propaganda, almost.

On to book 4 now. It does get a little too horny for my taste at points, but doesn't linger too long and keeps it a background thing mostly. A vit hard to follow the characters, but relistening clears it all up! Again, thank you!!

Fascinating

An interesting perspective on the genre. The main character is a unique take on an isukai protagonist.

Reminds me of Dexter

I definitely recommend this book it’s really good. The main character really makes it better and better.
