Tips from the book teach us to be listeners, adapt to different situations, make lots of friends, enjoy communication, make the right decisions, create a positive environment, improve empathic skills in ourselves.

Great book. In doing so, this book has helped me improve my relations at work and corrected certain beliefs i had. Answers questions applying in social situations.

Worth Every Penny

The writing is so easy to read and the stories are lively and very informative with out making you feel like an idiot. I like the fact that the studies are footnoted so I can go back and fact check, for my own reference, the chapters are short and give you a tip to try after each chapter is done. I highly recommend this book to anyone who deals with people on a daily, and well, lets be honest, that’s everybody.

Awesome content

If you have an interest in communication and meeting people, then this book can be of great help for you. It was good to get some theory to communication, and I thought that the author Brought up some good points that I should be able to use for a lot.
