I became interested in the Instant Pot when I wanted to make homemade yogurt. A friend of mine who has been making it for years recently changed to using the Instant Pot. I had noticed a big improvement in her yogurt. Now instead of needing to beg her to make it for me, I can make my own. There are several recipes in this book that I can't wait to try.

Love my instant pot

We love it! If you are new to pressure cookers this book is just for you.Not that several interesting recipes but a proper place to start.The explanation for the pot & its use. Directions on recipes clear.I like it so much I am planning to buy one for myself. I am very excited to try these recipes.

I am quite sure that you find some great experience here. Try at your home when you are free or when you off to job. Some recipe are very time effective.

I feel the comfort of this book. Has lots of IP recipes which is not only nutritious but soooo yummy! Good that you can prepare each meals in a short time. And it covers from breakfast to dessert. My family are excited to try some recipes here.

This was a great book.Such an informative book, although I disagree with health impacts.A lot of important information has been provided in this book.By reading this book I've learned some delicious recipes.I was actually impressed by how much useful suggestions is squeezed in such a short book.Author has also talked about health impacts.Such an excellent book.Highly recommended.

This book gives me some of the tastiest recipes that can be cooked with an instant pot. I think I will give some of them a try, easy to follow as well.

With this book I don't need a special skills to cook delicious foods. This book provide instructions that is very easy to follow. I recommend this book for people who wants to prepare healthy and delicious food yet easy and quick.

Not impressed

Yogurt recipe incubating time was written as 8 min instead of 8 hours plus amount of starter was way too much. Once I heard how bad that recipe was I didn't trust the rest plus they called for many things that are not readily available in the kitchen so lots of extra trips to purchase ingredients for cooking.
I wish I could return Audible books, wasted a credit that was paid for yet cannot get money back. Don't buy in my opinion.
