I became interested in the Instant Pot when I wanted to make homemade yogurt. A friend of mine who has been making it for years recently changed to using the Instant Pot. I had noticed a big improvement in her yogurt. Now instead of needing to beg her to make it for me, I can make my own. There are several recipes in this book that I can't wait to try.

We love it! If you are new to pressure cookers this book is just for you.Not that several interesting recipes but a proper place to start.The explanation for the pot & its use. Directions on recipes clear.I like it so much I am planning to buy one for myself. I am very excited to try these recipes.

With this book I don't need a special skills to cook delicious foods. This book provide instructions that is very easy to follow. I recommend this book for people who wants to prepare healthy and delicious food yet easy and quick.
