Very good book

First I want to address some negative reviews on this book. I read reviews before I purchase books. In this case, I repeatedly read that this was an infomercial. It is so far from an infomercial that it is ridiculous to suggest it. First, he always refers you to his website for video instructions on a particular Innercise. He provides testimonials about successes that others have had. Without the testimonials, how can you know your efforts will be worth it? Regardless, I got a lot out of the book and am working on some of the Innercises he lists and describes. I am not put off by the author's wealth. I think that people who work to help others reap the benefits of the work, plain and simple and I do recommend the book.

I am a great fan of John Assaraf and this is top value. I would have preferred John's voice. It came with access to additional resources so all in all very happy to recommend it!

Provide true value and it will sell itself.

John. This material is great and a lot of this is how I have healed myself over the last couple of years. It truly works and the science is real. However, this book is really hard to get through, as so many like this are, due to the fact you're trying to sell your program. If you provide something of true value, it will sell itself. Stop being an entrepreneur if your goal is to really help people. Provide true value and we will give you our money. This entire book needs to be rewritten in a manner of which better relates to the people you're trying to help. Stop telling me how x person was lost until they found your program. Just tell the people that paid money for your book the straightest line from point A to point B. Lose all the fluff. I won't be recommending this book due to this fact.
