A MUST READ!!!!!!!
Helped me tremendously! I now see how I get so stuck repeating patterns that do not have a good outcome in my life. I am living life larger and more fully now that I have this awareness. I have gone from being a victim, to owning my mistakes and learning from them, No longer following those patterns, my mistakes are a learning and educational. I am taking more risks, too. I read the book and just bought it on audio so I can listen to it often and while on the go. I don't want to forget what I learned. This book is full of learning to live life more fully!
